I want to make my presence as an officer clear to all members, applicants and prospective apps. I am the webmaster of Tempest. I run the website, program the software and pay the bills for Ventrillo. This is the extent of my duties as an officer.

If you have a problem with something related to the web page such as issues with your loot list, forum account, attendance or anything regarding the guild site, please come to me so that I can fix it. That is my job.

I would also like to make it clear what my job isn't. I do not read applications unless I know the person or they are of particular interest to me. I do not handle any issued regarding the promotion or demotion of players. Also, I do not handle grievances. If you have a problem, talk to your class lead, raid lead or guild master. I can talk to them but remember that if you talk to me, I am not likely to talk to the other officers in your favor.

I spent a year and a half as the second in charge of Tempest and often times led Tempest. I have done my time and worked my share. Being the focal point for all matters was a great burden and I left the game for months because of the stress involved. I have returned to play the game. I answer only to the officers. They answer to the guild.

I will not act in any way counter to the actions of your class leads, the raid lead or the guild master. I will not invite people to the guild unless they are alts. I will only remove people from the guild if it is an emergency that needs to be handled immediately. I will not talk to applicants willingly.
